The Living Embodied Eight is a 10-week, body-first online journey rooted in the Eightfold Path and re-expressed through somatic practice, the Rhythm Wheel, and the CHOOSE Method®. This is not a program about fixing yourself or getting it “right.” It’s an experiential space designed to help you integrate clarity, compassion, and aligned action into everyday life—starting in the body. How This Space Works (Gentle Orientation) 1. This program is intentionally spacious and human. You’ll be guided each week through embodied teachings, simple rituals, and reflective prompts meant to support integration—not overwhelm. 2. There is no pressure to share perfectly and no expectation to complete everything. You’re invited to engage in the ways that feel supportive for your body and nervous system. 3. Participation is always optional. Presence is always enough. The Crew Log: Our Collective Scribbles 1. The Crew Log is our shared, living space for reflection and integration. It’s where insights, questions, drawings, half-formed thoughts, and quiet realizations are welcome—exactly as they are. 2. This is not a place for polished responses or performance. It’s a space for honesty, curiosity, and remembering that wisdom often arrives in fragments before it takes shape. Write. Sketch. Pause. Or witness. All of it belongs. Before we begin, take a moment to arrive. You don’t need to prepare, catch up, or understand anything yet. Notice how your body feels right now. Notice what brought you here.
